I am a dedicated Ruger guy. Heck, in the last two months, I picked up a new Wiley Clapp GP100, a 10-22 takedown, and a M77/357. The lions share of my collection is Ruger, and always has been.
Once you deal with Ruger CS, you will be a customer for life. Pretty sure they know that, I wish other companies would realize it (not just gun manufacturers). My last 3 purchases have been Ruger since dealing with their CS department.
My one CS experience with Ruger was outstanding as well. I immediately got a human on the phone; within 20 seconds of explaining the problem, the Ruger CS woman had apologized for the defective gun, promised they'd get it fixed right for me, and asked me for my email address for a shipping label. I had the label within 5 minutes. Turnaround time was about 7 days.
