I know I might get flak for this. I own two Hi-Point firearms one .40 and one .380 handgun I had started to have light strikes with the .40 so I called hi point and it was the easiest call I have ever made then gentleman who answered was very knowledgeable and with a few simple questions I know have new firing pin and springs on the way. It is nice to deal with a company that stands behind there product and is made in the USA

There's no reason I can think of for anybody to throw "flak" your way. I applaud people who report good customer relations experiences. Too often, the only feed-back companies get from consumers is when things don't go right. "Human nature", I suppose.

High point fire arms catch a lot of flak, but you dont hear that about there
customer service. You send them a fire arm it comes back fixed.

I would argue it's due to practice :p

I kid, I kid. I don't know anything about hi-points but I saw the opportunity for the joke.

I own quite a few hand guns but Ive never had the desire to buy a high point pistol.I did however buy my wife the HP 9mm carbine and its been flawless for
the last 3 yrs. and a lot of fun to shoot, she loves the thing and hits pretty much anything she aims at a 100yds and in.

IVe owned Hi-Points and they were all good shooters...ugly, but the worked great.
