I got notification today my Arkansas CHCL was approved and I would receive it within two weeks. I also got an expense check that was enough to order thee Ruger SR40C I have been wanting. Now I just have to wait until they both show up.

Sweet. I just received my Arkansas CHCL in the mail this week myself, after waiting for 4+ months since turning the paperwork in. They're snowed under and it showed in the time frame it took.

Yeah, waiting is always the hardest part indeed. Where I live (NE) the state has 45 calendar days to issue a permit. Mine came after 43 long days!
