There used to also be a mosaic printing program called "moxy". It allowed you to print a very large image in sections. I'm sure there's an equivalent.

What does it cost per page? Worth it over what the ebayers are selling targets for?
I don't like taping 6 pages together to make a target

Does anyone have a source for printable versions of the standard SR 200yd military target at full size?

The best I've found are SR-1 targets that is for 8.5x11 or 11x17 paper, so has only the center and parts of the 8 and 7 rings.
