Working at a pawn shop has some great benefits. A gentleman defaulted on his loan and I came home with this Ruger RedHawk .44MAG!!! I love Ruger wheel guns, and this is the BIG Red I've wanted for a while. Just has a bonus, gun had original box, paperwork, lock, and first fired brass.

My wife used to work the counter of a jewelry store... and she had exactly your 'luck'... she always seemed to know when she could get a $500-800 item for half price... it's a good thing we didn't need her income :cuss:

NICE gun, btw.

I feel your pain. My wife has worked in the jewelry business for many years & there is a constant parade of that stuff around here. It is amazing what people sell for scrap.

At least she doesn't comment when I buy a gun:)

I don't know if I can help you on that one, I would love to add that to my collection!!!!! If I get two them I will let you know..lol..

Very nice! The Redhawk sigh.......... its just a fine weapon.

The DA trigger is second to none IMO. Most revolvers have two springs to run the trigger and the hammer, but the Redhawk has just the one. This unique design gives it that light DA pull.

Let us know how she shoots, but I already have my own preconceived notions.;)
