I've ordered from others, but this is by far the fastest shipping. Just got mine today - which was delayed by our wonderful post office because they delivered to the wrong address.

Two of my RMR orders (which always seem to be out-the-door fast) featured a bit of USPS package wand'ring ... but eventually arrived.

The packet last week (1k of the new 124gr 9mm HPs) encountered no such issue and arrived quickly.

Based on these positive comments as well as their prices, I ordered some bullets and brass from them a few days ago. I received an e-mail from UPS regarding the order which required some clarification. I sent them an e-mail around 7:30 am this morning my time, 5:30 am their time and they responded in a few minutes. I've never had a vendor respond at 5:30 in the morning that quickly.

I went to order some more RMR 124 HPs, website showed 500qty out of stock but 1000 in stock. Messaged Jake. Got a reply in <5 minutes he would break up the 1000s to make 500s.
500s available on the web site <10 minutes later.
Just can't beat that kind of service.

RMR does offer most bullets in QTY of 250, so you don't have to buy 500 or 1000 to try them out.
Rereading my post that comment sounded negative, and I didn't mean it that way. What I was implying is it's nice to get a PIF of something to try.
Nice that RMR offers the guarantee, but I have never come close to needing it. .
