Sunday October 10, Blue Ridge/Cherry Valley, link: http://www.brcv-gun.org/ I know this one's a stretch for SE PA, but enough SE'ers shoot there, so it's included. This month is a Classifier.
October 23, Lower Providence RGC. Link: http://www.lowerprovidencerodandgunclub.com/pistol/idpa/ Site lists fourth Saturday of every month and this date was on the site at this time.
There are a few week-night matches. Here are the listings:
Ready, Aim, Fire over in Bristol, PA. 4PM to 9PM, though they close the Range at 8PM.
