Greener Harpoon Gun

I just purchased a Greener mk.2 light Harpoon Gun. It uses 28 special blanks.
It was made by Greener in England, than Navy Arms in the US. I trying to purchase some correct cartledges or get the specifications in order to reload myself. Any help would be appricated.

Yes thats the cartledge. I ordered 3 but they cancelled my order as I was not a cartgedge collector.
 
I'd bet that they're loaded with somewhere around 15 grains of black powder and maybe a little wadding material on top. I made up some similar rounds for a little flour-filled film canister launcher I made a while back.

It would be nice to be able to verify though.
 
Are you sure that you have a harpoon gun? These guns were also used as line throwers to throw lines between ships at sea for pulley systems. Probably the same receiver. I think the illustration may be a line-thrower.
