Two of my Taurus 24/7 Pro the grip is starting to wear quite a bit. This is the ribber grip on the .40 and 9mm. Does any one know if these can be replaced by a sturdier grip? Such as the Hogue Pistol grips? Thank you in advance!

You can get one of those Hogue Handall rubber wrap around grips. It's a sleeve that goes on your pistol. I have a Hogue Handall Jr. on my PT-111, which is a huge improvement... the stock grip makes uncomfortable marks on my hand after holding it for awhile.
