Grips on Ruger DA revolvers interchangeable?

I have a .357 Sp-101 and would like to get several Gp-100s in the near future... I have a buddy who has a bunch of nice, extra after-market grips that he wants to sell me at robberry prices for the Sp101 (he sold his, but still has the grips...). Will these same grips fit on the frame of the Gp-100 or even the super redhawk...?

Nope.

I have both. The SP grips are smaller than the GP.

There was a variation of the GP a while back that had a smaller grip that I *believe* is compatible with the SP, but they are rare.

Won't work, the frame extensions that slip into the rubber grips are completely different sizes

The only interchangeability is between the Super Redhawk and GP100.

thanks for the responses ... I fondled them both simultaneously at the local gun store today and there is an appreciable difference in frame size. Thanks!
