A Gun and Knife show was held in Greenville S.C. last weekend.

So many people came that the waiting time to enter was an hour.
Never has happened before in Greenville.

Past show we just walk in.

Just wondering if the shows have been attended by more people in other parts of the country.

Nope - we all stocked up years ago....:D

Just kidding ya, I go down to the Wanenmacher's Tulsa Arms Show.
It's the worlds largest gun show, more than 3,900 tables....:)
It's usually packed as it is, but will be interesting to see if it gets worse?
I think people should own a shot gun or two?
Hunting is a very fun sport, and it can teach the kids RESPONSIBILITY. :)
Later.

We've had shows in my town for about 3 years, and crowds have been fair, until the last one the weekend after XMASS 2008 and the crowd for that one was HUGE.

Amazing what one election will do to turnout. :)

Gun show

Amazing what one election will do to turnout! Shows in Richmond,VA has been hard to find a parking space. Too many people to even haggle prices. I gave up. Could have gotten an AR retractable stock for $1000 and others were asking $1250-$1300, but just wasn't the right barrel length I wanted.

Sorry! Have not come up will a good Quote yet.

Eastman Gun Show in Macon, GA had a large crowd, and decent amount of vendors. I was really surprised with the number of long guns that were there, and got sticker shock at AR's...glad I'm a pistoleer right now :)

The small Suncoast gun show at the Manatee Civic Center had a 5 minute wait at 3:00. A year ago you could walk right in at 12:00-1:00.

Every show I have attended since the Obomination's election has been wall to wall people. I just cannot stand it so I come eraly and leave when I can't move thru the isles anymore.

Always wondered why the fire marshall does not close it down or make them count how many are entering leaving. They have got to be exceeding their maximum capacity. If there were a fire it would be mass casualties - mostly from people being trampled.

Yeah, it's getting to be a drag. Sort of like how after I was a U-2 fan for several years, they finally put out a comparatively terrible album (The Unforgivable Fire) and suddenly everyone was listening to them and they got 'tude. Maybe guns have jumped the shark.
