Gun Clubs In Hampton Roads, VA

Hi I am living in the Hampton Roads area and was wondering if anyone knows of any gun clubs in the area. I have heard of Lafeyette in York County but do not know anyone who is a memeber to sponser membership. Does anyone know of any other places like this or have any suggestions? Im looking for a range to do some target shooting, maybe an indoor range, trap and skeet a plus. Also looking for a family friendly atmosphere so I can teach the wife to shoot and eventually get my son out there too.

I am a member of Lafayette. In fact, was planning a visit to the indoor range this evening. I stay pretty busy but will help you or sponsor you if you need it. I have sponsored two other members here and I know there are quite a few members of Lafayette that frequent here.

You also have Norfolk County Rifle Range down in Chesapeake (I know, it doesn't make since, but it is what it is). They shoot IDPA, Wing shooting and other events that even include shooting down at Xe (former Blackwater). That will cater to all the needs you mentioned (indoor target for pistols and .22LR), trap, and skeet. It is family friendly and fun. Tomorrow night we are shooting IDPA there if you are interested in that, come on out.
