I'm not saying the shop should or shouldn't have completed the sale. But, had the shop not completed the sale, PFC Abdo may not have had a motel room full of evidence when he was arrested.

Pfc. Naser Jason Abdo is expected to face federal charges after being arrested in Killeen, Texas, near Fort Hood.

An AWOL Muslim American Army private arrested near Fort Hood has told investigators that he wanted to attack fellow soldiers at the military base, the police chief in Killeen, Texas, said Thursday.


Why is the word muslim in that sentence?

At the same time, they only had suspiscions, not proof of what he wanted to go. He didn't buy anything regulated by the ATF, so they had no real cause to refuse the sale.

How about if they refused the sale, this guy was just a normal guy with an Arabic name with no ill intentions? Then maybe he goes out and claims prejudice and profiling.

I hardly see where the gun store did anything wrong
