Let's go back to the Second Amendment and skip all the rest of the rules, regulations, prohibitions, et cetera. I'd be extremely surprised if we were to encounter even 2% of the problems we already have.

Laws don't prevent crime: they just make it legally possible to throw criminals in jails and prisons.

My line in the sand is drawn when it comes to weapons designed to kill multiple people with one action.

For example, cluster bombs, nuclear/bio/chem weapons, LARGE bombs should be prohibited. Basically WMDs and large conventional munitions.

EVERYTHING else should be available at my local gun store. I should be able to make a "technical" complete with a ma-deuce and gun ports for my AK-47 (the real deal...wit da' switch) equipped militia members.
