Hey all,
Went to the normal show today and there was a few things I was interested in. Ended up getting a Model 1905 3rd change Smith mfg. 1909 for $475.

According to the blue book, I did OK. I'm just glad I talked the guy down $50 from what he orignally wanted.

Its a Nickel, 4'' barrel in .38 Special in pretty good condition for its age and being .38 Special I can shoot it without too much financial trouble.

How did I do?

Hello friends and neighbors // I think you did great compared to shows around here.

1909 was the first year of the 3rd change.
Nice save on a fine piece of revolver history.I'm betting it will be a straight shooter.

I think you did just fine. It looks to be in excellent condition all the way around.
