Until recently I stored my long guns in the closet in gun socks. My pistols were in range bags in Bore Stores. I've bought a steel gun cabinet, and put in a big box of dessicant. Is there any benefit or problem with leaving the guns in socks and Bore Stores? They're silicon treated and supposed to wick moisture away. And they tend to eliminate some of the minor handling dings. Thanks.
