Gunbroker vs. Gunsamerica

I really like gunbroker. Easy to search, more accurate search options, broad variety. I have not sold anything yet, but my buying experiences have been terrific. Auction arms seems really busy & complicated by comparison; the listings have widely disparit descriptions making searching difficult. I have been shopping for a very particular model; finding it on gunbroker is easy if someone is selling it; the search functions on auction arms are not detailed enough to even execute the search.

I like Auction Arms, though I often forget about it, because Gunbroker is so big.

I did my first online firearm transaction through Auction Arms. All of my experiences there over the years have been good, as well as most on Gunbroker.

I've never used Guns America, I mostly use the site to browse.. though I have found some good deals on the website, it is hard to contact people and the item is often long gone.

You should change the thread title to Gunbroker vs. Auction Arms vs. Guns America ;)

I have used GunBroker for various purchases and sales. It is essentially the "E-Bay" of firearms, and I have always known it to be very safe to use because you can view a seller's or purchaser's feedback to see whether or not they have a good record of legitimate transactions.

I used GunsAmerica a few times several years ago. I believe their site did not require the same sort of registration as they do now. I would still buy a firearm listed on GunsAmerica if it's price was the most reasonable, but I wouldn't bother trying to sell items there.

AuctionArms is the less-popular version of GunBroker. Again, I would buy there if I saw a good deal, but I wouldn't list items for sale on it.

GunBroker is definitely the way to go for sellers.

Gunbroker.com! Made some great deals both buying & selling. The rating sytem works well in the people you buy from or sell to. With all the scams going on the internet, why can't a person's reputation be set by the responses/feedback from his actions. One man's term of New/Like New/Excellent might be only an opinion instead of fact. Feedback says it all, totally another person's opinion of that person's character. Caveat Emptor!
