If 2A is a civil right, it ought to be codified and the Civil Rights Act amended to include gun carriers among those who cannot be discriminated against (within reason... maybe a prohibition on long guns or open carry in general would be permissible, as long as concealed carry is uninhibited)Actually, that makes sense. You have a basic right for self-defense and that should protected against the whims of someone who opens for business. Once you open to the public to walk in, your property rights are not absolute. You don't have to have a business.
