I was doing a little reading on what looks to be our future POTUS' husbands gun legsilation and I found that some guns were banned by name but I can't find a list. What were they?
Given in already, have you? She doesn't even garner the support of 45% of polled Democrats. Her numerous skeletons are coming out of the closet in an avalanche. I won't delve further into politics, for the thread will get locked.
I would think the Dems would have learned their lesson on gun control by now but I doubt they have. Still the AWB was obviously a failure just as everyone knew it would be. Less than 1% of crimes were committed with a so called assault rifle. It was a stupid law that was more about getting votes than anything else. It looked scary so naturally it was too much for your neighbor to own. Never mind that your neighbor might just save your life some day. What kills me is that people I grew up with in hillbilly land that should know better also believe the crap about "assault weapons" being too much power for a regular Joe. No amount of reasoning will change their minds either. They generally shut down and fall back on their bar room thinking. When you and your buddies "sit down with a few beers and worked it out" you generally work it out wrong. Drunk thinking isn't smart thinking. No offense to the people who drink but when someone who has been a close friend for 50 years completely turns his back on your because you disagree with his anti-gun rant it tends to burn some. How dare I contradict that brilliant thinking that came out of a bottle! Where did I get that stuff from anyway? When I told him it came from his mom (which it did - she was my grade school American history teacher and she taught it right) he shut down completely and won't even speak to me. What a dweeb. That's drunk thinking.
