Guns per capita in Europe

A new report about the number of guns in several countries has been released.

In Europe the order is this:
1. Finnland 39% of the population owns a gun.
2. Norway 36%
3. ?
4. Sweden 24%
5. Denmark 18%

In the EU countries total (That does NOT include Norway and Switzerland!) 17.4%

Ranking for the world:
1. USA
2. Yemen
3. Finnland

In France they have as many guns as Denmark, England, Wales, Scotland, Sweden and the Czech Republic total!

I must say I am quite dissapointed that my country was beat by the Finns!

As I understood the articles, the number is guns per capita.
In the EU countries there is an estimated 84 million (legal) guns (Again, not Norway and Switzerland included).

As for El Tejon: I think he should pack his guns and come and see for himselves!
Why don't you Skunk, and anyone else that wants to come along, fly over here for a week or two in September?
You can come and shoot the Norwegian IPSC Pistol Championship 2003.
Trust me, this will be a good match!

Well I think 36% is quite good for Norway..and of course as every other country there are some unregistered weapons as well .
