Gunsmith needed near Greenville SC

I purchased an M1 Carbine clone (Plainfield) and the previous owner used it for re-enactments. He threaded the inside of the bore from the muzzle in about 0.25" As expected, it has no accuracy but the rest of the bore is good so I'd like to have it counter-bored. Does anyone know of a capable gunsmith in the Greenville SC area or a capable, trustworthy, and affordable gunsmith outside of Greenville that I could ship the rifle to?
