Gunsmiths job openings

Gander Mountain is looking for gunsmiths to work in their stores, sounds like a very good opportunity.

I've seen many retail stores like gander mountain advertise for gunsmiths. The only problem is that they only want to pay minimum wage or just above.

They want master gunsmiths with years of experince and all sorts of factory certifications. Gunsmiths with those kind of credicals won't work for peanuts these companys are offering.

Thats true but how many smiths get the benefits they are offering, I had my own shops for over 30 years and didn't have a 401K. I am waiting for more information from the poster addressing just that sort of question. as well as if they want a gunsmith or a gun repairman, what types of tooling and machinery do they have.
