I'm thinking about rebarreling my 223 1/9 to a 223 AI 1/8. I've got 12# of H322 left and want to try and use it for heavy for caliber bullets such as the Hornady 75gr HPBT.

The H322 works REALLY well with the Hornady 50gr Z-Max, but am curious as to what I should expect with heavier bullets. If it doesn't do well, I still have Varget for the heavier bullets, but I want to try and use up the 12# of H322.

I use H322 with 77 gr SMK 5.56 and 110 gr 6.8 SPC. Work up loads as usual and don't look back. H322 is very versatile and accurate powder.

Good to hear. If the 50gr Z-Max's come back online, I may just pick up a few thousand of those to run through the H322 since they are cheaper to shoot than the 75 Hornady HPBT / 77 SMK anyway, but glad to hear I have options.

I have a Tikka .223 1/8 HB.322 works well with bullet weights from 55gr. to 80gr. Use BR primers for all loads.
