h91 cocking tube question.

anyone have a similar rifle such as the h91 cetme etc....... my question is is your cocking tube silver soldered / welded to the front triple tree sight tower..?

I have a Cetme and have had two HK G3 clones. None of them had the cocking tube attached to the triple tree. This is one of the reasons cited for the accuracy of these rifles.
