ha! Lou Dobbs Tonite. Gun Sales Up, Laws Down

I just watched Lous Dobbs where he stated that the only people who want more gun laws are liberals. Both independents and repubs want less of it than before. Each represents about 1/3 of the population.

The gun grabbers are only 40% of the population down from 53% over the course of the decade.

Oh and guns are flying off the shelves everywhere.

I think they got those numbers in reverse, I believe the gun grabbers are 53%

I'm baffled as to why gun control isn't nearly universally seen in the same light as racism, sexism, blood-letting, government-run sterilization campaigns, or the sale of religious indulgences...

That's where we need to get. We should be ashamed that we're still too scared of the consequences to allow human beings rights which are supposed to be granted and inherent at birth. It's outdated, and it would be a joke if we could just let it go and get far enough away from it to have a laugh and carry on.

The spikes in new gun owners, NRA members, pro-gun Democrats (non-West-Coast/Northeast Democrats), and polls that were discussed even today show that gun control is a heavily polarized and pretty much evenly divided issue more than ever, and even moreso in our favor than ever.

Maybe so, but they're putting those rights at extreme risk by voting for him.
