had to send my cz 75 compact back for repairs

i was wondering how long you had to wait to get your pistol back from getting repaired. the only thing wrong with it was sometimes when i pulled the trigger the hammer would fail to fall forward. i only had it out once and had the store where i bought it return it for me, but i really liked the feel and balance. so i can't wait to get it back.

Call 1-800-955-4486, press for gunsmith, and ask. Mike MIGHT be a little grumpy, as one of only two CZ authorized gunsmiths in the US, he gets that way sometimes. If so, ask to be transferred to Cindy, the incredible receptionist. there is very little going on there that she can't help you with.

i didn't know if they would talk to me since i asked the place where i bought it to send it in for me. i thank you for your help, and will try to call them tommrow. i kinda hope it is already on the way back. as far as it not working right i understand these things happen, as im in manufacturing and even with all the off line checks we do during each stage of the process things still get missed. i do believe they make a great firearm and am so looking forward to shooting it. i have a cz 82 and although she isn't pretty she is still a good shooter. i love the fact that they are still all steel and mine is da/sa with a safty. so i can carry it like i do my 1911. thanks agin jeepguy
