Hammer attack in Phila.

Sorry in advance if this was covered elsewhere and I missed it.

There are so many disturbing things about this story; the attacker used a hammer to beat someone senseless while bystanders looked on and did nothing (again).

Its amazing to me how we have largely become a nation of sheep. Just 60 years ago, we had "the greatest generation" with countless stories of self sacrifice and valor. Today, the endless tales of helpless onlookers is just amazing.
