Hopefully this is the correct forum to put this under. I am looking for a more tactical sight to install on a Shield and a full size M&P 40. I like the I.C.E. claw but on there site it doesn't appear that they are available. What I am looking for is a sight that will allow for one hand manipulation and ability to rack with a belt, pants, or whatever. I would like some sights that are bright but not as important as the geometry of the sight. Any help would be greatly appreciated for I am on a little bit of a hurry. I am taking a class in may and need to get some sights installed so I can use the gun some before the class.

If I don't find anything I like I am not past taking a file to what I have except on my full size someone else has already installed an aftermarket sight that has a fiber optic tube to transfer light thru them (can't remember the brand off hand) but don't really see a way that I could file that one down without pretty much waisting that sight.

Thank you for reading.

dab,

I was able to pick up an Ice claw for my full size m&p 9 as well as one for the shield from opticsplanet.com a few months ago. And they were 25% less expensive than everywhere else.

Thank you both for your response. I really like the Trigicons for the brightness aspect but wonder if they will be "shape" enough to catch a belt or pants for one handed racking.

Thanks on optics plannet, I never thought of them.

From the link above...
Additionally, the front surface of the rear sight is steeply hooked to assist in emergency one-handed slide operation.
