after reading through numerous posts i didnt really see the answer i was looking for. i got a lee handheld now. i could prime on the press but i like watchinf tv and doing it. my proble is im a 90% disabled vet mainly for my wrists and hands. bad surgies and such. so my hand strength is way down. and it is incredible painful after a while. is one of the handheld easier to squeeze or are they all about the same. i was thinking about getting a new one since i have about 2000 30-06 and 2700 308 ready for priming. tahnks for the help

Some hand primers work by pushing with your thumb, like the Lee, and some you squeeze with your whole hand like the RCBS. I agree, they can get difficult on the wrists and hands at times.

i use two hands to squeeze and it helps.

You might look at a bench mounted primer. You could mount it to a board, C-clamp the board to a convenient table in view of your television and prime away. The bench mounted primer tools use a long lever to seat the primer.

I do not use one so I cannot comment but a number of folks on the forum have good success with them.
