I have seen both a S&W K-38 and a Rossi revolver barrel stuck so full of bullets the cylinder wouldn't turn anymore so they had to stop shooting and bring it in for a gunsmiths opinion as to what might the problem be.
I have seen one Model 29 .44 Mag with the top strap & three chambers blown off.
One Remington 700 bolt stuck and so welded shut with cartridge brass the bolt handle peeled off the bolt while the guy was trying to beat it open with a hammer.
And numerous Colt & S&W .38 Spl revolvers with swelled & ruined chambers.
All due to ill advised light, or hot reloads.
