I noticed something new on his personal page http://www.olegvolk.net/olegv/home.shtml that promted me to make this suggestion: if a few of us know a special young single woman with whom Oleg has a good chance to “click and chemically match†let’s give him a birthday present of matchmaking.

He's right: I am getting established professionally in the field I enjoy, got (mostly) grown-up emotionally, now I'd like to get started on family building. Getting connected to a suitable young lady would be a good step in that direction.
