Here is A fillet knife that I just finished and getting ready to ship.

7" D2 blade
Ironwood scales, red liners and brass pins and thong tube

-very nice blade. As a guy who works around saltwater and still does a fair amount of fish cutting for my anglers.... was that meant for freshwater or everywhere? I have Forschners with stainless blades up to 12" and have to do a bit of care to keep them from going bad.
 
This one is probably best for fresh water. I make this same model in 154cm stainless which would work better around salt water.

There is not much that doesn't take some care around salt water.
