Crimson Trace has a nifty lasergrip for the classic Browning Hi Power where the safety *is* the laser on switch. I think that is the ideal way to mount a laser. Very convenient and positive control.
However, it uses a red laser. Green lasers are MUCH better seen during the day. I called Crimson Trace and they have no intention of coming out with a green laser version of this grip.
I'd love to have such a grip with a green laser for daylight carrying. Has anyone performed surgery on one of these grips and replaced the laser diode?
