Has anyone here eased the trigger on a S&W Sigma?

I'm looking for some hints. My XD40 has a beautiful trigger. Even the striker spring is fairly weak when you move it by hand. The Sigma has a crisp break, but heavy pull and the striker spring is really stout (about twice as stout as the XD. Thanks for the info.
