I recently had the opportunity to teach an archery class to vets for the Arkansas Game and Fish Commission. AGFC had acquired some really nice Mission bows, all accessories and set up a 3D Range. We had 8-12 young National Guardsmen that were some of the most courteous young men that I have met in a long time. They were an absolute pleasure to be around. My only gripe is most of them were scoring higher than me by the end of the coarse.:banghead:

If you get a chance, shake a hand of a vet. From what I have seen they are special people.

I know that this is probably off topic in a gun forum, but these men and women are the reason that we can have a gun forum. And to tell the truth, I was drafted into teaching the class. ;) No hats off to me.

You are doing very good work, Captain. I wish someone like you had been around when I got out in the 1970's. I would have had a much quicker start in the art of archery and firearms than I did. :)
