I put 150 rounds through my POF this past Friday in VERY short order ... to the point that the MAGPUL AFG helped keep my hand from burning up!! I recently "upgraded" the spring and buffer to a TUBB CS flat wire spring and a DPMS double tungsten (H2) buffer and wanted to check that everything worked well. The buffer is a bit on the heavy side in combination with the TUBB spring. Cases were only ejected a few feet and there were a few failures to feed in the first 30 or so rounds. The remaining 120 were no problem but I dismantled the H2 buffer anyway and made a heavy (H1) buffer with one tungsten weight and have a standard buffer with no tungsten weights. I'm confident that the H1 and TUBB spring will be perfect together. If not, I'll try the standard buffer.
Anyway, I took a video of one of the runs shooting reactive targets. The targets are spaced from 75 yards to 350 yards (approx. 50 yards between them) and it's so much fun to knock them down. I shot from the seated position without a sling and could knock the 350 yard target down fairly easily with the scope on 4x. I possibly had a few misses out of the 21 shots (thought I loaded 20 rounds) but some hits may not have tripped the targets ... I'm not sure though. Here's the video on YouTube.

There's a high resolution video HERE but it's over 30MB!!
