having trouble with rail system

I just got a DD rail system to put on my rra, but the barrel nut does not tighten up enough to secure the the rail lug. It just swivels freely. Is the anyway to fix that or do i need to get a new barrel?
 
If your rail didn't come with the proper nuts, you should contact the seller and ask for a replacement nut.
