The Memphis Commercial Appeal has made the names and other information of TN Handgun Carry Permit holders (HCP) available on their website (http://www.commercialappeal.com/data/gunpermits/) in a searchable form.
While this information should never have been made available it does represent an opportunity for RKBA activists to put it to some use. By example, let's look up the former speaker of the house Jimmy Naifeh (a notorious anti that killed legislation sealing the HCP files) and anyone else with that surname.
