AIM is selling its surplus P9S pistols at $100 off the regular price. Seems like a good deal and as good an excuse as any to get another H&K. I don't work for AIM; I'm just the messenger.

The P9S pistol was built by Heckler-Koch company during the 1970's for The German Police. The P9S features a few revolutionary designs such as: a roller delayed blowback action derived from the G3 rifle, a manual cock/decock lever, and stationary barrel with polygonal rifling. These pistols include 2 magazines, Instruction manual, and original box.

This sale will end 5:30pm EST 10/26/2005 or when our supplies run out.

Wow, no response to this post? Anyway, I went ahead and ordered myself a P9S from AIM today. The price is right and I assume the H&K is a good investment in case I decide to sell the gun later on. Anyone with experience with this gun? I've got a P7PSP which is dead accurate and was wondering if the P9S is as accurate and reliable. Thanks....

Yep, the sale for the P9S is over now. I'm glad I got mine, not that I "need" another 9mm. In case anyone might be interested, tomorrow's sale is a Czech VZ24 Mauser going for $99.95. I'm not going to get one as I own 3 mausers already. Nothing like word-of-mouth advertising! :D

Had one of these for a while now. It easily became my favorite pistol. Super accurate and THE nicest trigger. Even at the $649 price it's a geat deal. had I seen this, I'd have bought another just for fun. Still may...:p

I just don't enough about the H&K. It looks ugly but it may be a good gun. I don't know if $550 is a good deal or not. I think that is the main problem with these guns, people just don't know enough about them.

I was pretty tempted to get one of the VZ-24s but like every C&R holder, I have lots of bolt actions already. I just am not in the buying mood as much as I am in the selling mood I guess.

The P9S was and is my first pistol. I would have bought another one at that price but alas I just received a P9S 45 3 days ago. Truely the best shooting pistol I have shot, and from what I hear on par with the Sig 210

Those that Do know of them know of thier reputation and will uy them up. Thsoe that don't know about them, will one day wish they did buy one.

Blkhawk73 -- FYI, AIM has put the P9S on sale for $550 again, so here's your chance to get it for $100 less.

Well, my P9S arrived today at my FFL after a long agonizing weekend of waiting. My H&K was made in 1974 and is in pristine condition. As expected, the German engineering of this pistol is first-class and the gun feels as solid as a tank. The trigger pull in single-action mode is sweet, similar to the P7. Weren't these P9S guns among the first polymer pistols? As far as the size/capacity ratio goes, the P9S is not as efficient as modern guns. I'll provide you with a range report as soon as I've had a chance to try it out.
