It's pretty fair brass to reload. It's similar to LC in that caliber.

The original PMC: Since about 1960 we shot PMC brass and ammo from Patton and Morgan Corporation for many years, later it was reorganized to Pan Metal Corp and eventually Eldorado Cartridge Corporation. Eldorado is now shut down, but plenty of PMC brass and ammo are still available. We still shoot at the range behind the old Eldorado plant, first called the Desert Lakes Shooting Club and now renamed the Desert Hills Shooting Club. Great place to shoot, one of the hidden gems of the shooting sports world.
The other PMC: When you look carefully, the M looks more like an upside down W. This is the Korean PMC, the Poongsan Metals Corp. Good ammo. Nothing wrong with it. Poongsan makes both commercial and military ammo (mostly NOT for the U.S. military but contracts for other countries). The web site hints that this is the merger of the old PMC with Poongsan. I really don't know if that's true. If you look at the picture of the trucks outside the plant on the Poongsan web site, it was shot outside the defunct Eldorado plant to look like a real American company. Doesn't really matter, both PMC lines are good quality ammo.
Two comments:
Poongsan made some contract ammo for Abu Dhabi with the AD headstamp. I hate loading it. The crimp on the primer is REALLY tight. Honest to gosh, it's the only rifle brass I throw away.
In 5.56mm, some Poongsan brass has a thick web, which reduces available case volume. So a max load of powder actually overflows the case mouth. If this happens, set the brass aside and later load them with about 2% less powder. See if that shoot same POI as LC brass with published max load. YMMV. You need to be smart about it.
