Hello!
Please, I need the comments of experienced people.
Some time ago I started using heavy bullets to reload 9mm for IPSC, 150 grais goes very well in my Jericho and Bersa Thunder PRO, this bullet gives me more accuracy and less recoil sensation that lighter bullets, but I'd like to start using it them in my Beretta 92FS.
According to some issues and comments about care of this gun I'd like to know if anyone has experience with continuous use of heavy bullets in a Beretta 92 FS or M9? Do you know if the gun suffers more, less or is the same with equal factors than other loads with lighter bullets?
IPSC loads are a bit lighter than factory ammo.

Thanks in advance,

Leandro

Leandro,
I like heavy lead bullets in my PT-99 - recoil seems less than hot 115/124 loads, and accuracy with them in mine is excellent. Recoil shouldn't affect it any more than the other loads, as the laws of physics dictate (just make sure you have a good recoil spring, and not a worn-out one). I use 147 & 150s with equal success. Try it, you'll like it!
