Heavyweight .45 Colt Defensive Loads

Are there any factory standard-pressure HP loads heavier than 225 grains? I currently keep Federal's LSW-HPs in my S&W Mountain Gun, but I'd like to try something heavier.

Try the Speer 250 Gr Gold Dot hollowpoints

Yeah, I was gonna mention those Speer 250s too.

It's a "huge hollowpoint design" specifically for the 45LC versus a projectile adapted from the 45ACP world (like almost every other 45LC defensive hollowpoint). Ain't very fast (850fps or so) but shouldn't need to be.

It looks like they took the 135grain 38+P Gold Dot and and "supersized it" .
