Friends,

You have probably already heard radio spots with a supposed gun owner pushing for this new universal background check bill which we know in reality will be a universal gun registry. This ad was paid for by Mayor Michael "The Nanny" Bloomberg, its a vile attack on our rights. Since he is so eager to spend his money for folks to call the Senate, let's help him but lets do it to preserve our rights.

Call the number below.

They will ask if you want talking points, just hit 1 to bypass that. It will then ask for your zip code to pass you on to your Senator. They will only bother sending you to the pro gun senator in a attempt to get you to sway them to vote anti gun.

Let them know you oppose any new gun control laws and also add you do not want to the Senate to ratify this new horrid anti gun small arms treaty the UN just passed. Have fun and feel free to pass this on to your pro gun family and friends.

855-440-4800

PS if you live in an anti gun state with two anti gun Senators they may not send you anywhere. Never fear you can still have fun. Use this zip code (45202) in Cincinnati to go to Senator Rob Portman from Ohio who is one they are targeting.

That's an outstanding way to use their resources for our purposes.

We should treat this as an opportunity to thank our Senators for protecting our 2A rights by opposing any and all bans of firearms, magazines, and ammunition. We should also thank them for opposing other misguided and deceptive legislation to institute a universal background check requirement.

Just as long as the call takers actually LISTEN and don't just tally the calls from the phone number. A better idea, just keep calling and keep the line tied up for as long as possible. Run up the bill on his "toll free line."

I wonder if my google voice + computer account can call and tie that number up... :D

Mind if I pass the idea and phone number around online? Or will that violate OpSec?

;)

Not the press is really pushing the anti gun agenda in recent days. Even my small town newspaper is running this tripe. WE need to make sure our voices are heard. The call is free, paid for by Mayor Bloomberg. Make sure your Senator hears that you want no new anti gun laws and that you will vote based on what they do on this issue.

Apparently they don't always connect to the pro-gun one - I did it and got Kay Hagan, who at best is lukewarm to the 2A. Whereas Richard Burr is one of the Rs pledging to filibuster gun control.

Kay is leaning toward supporting the universal background check, so I bet they want to put the pressure on her. So just a heads up, to be ready to hand out education as well as kudos depending on where you get sent.

Just tried calling, entered my IL zip code and it still transferred me to Feinstein. Apparently all though control must go through the appointed queen of propaganda. :D

Keep it up guys, flood those lines and leave those recordings. The more money we can burn by these anti-freedom zealots the better. Props to the OP for the idea, spread it to your friends folks.

I was sent to Ted Cruz so I just thanked him for his support. His office is tracking the calls they get though so make the call anyway.

Don't "hand out education", just tell whoever answers that you want Sen. A to vote for/against bill XYZ. Don't waste your time/breath telling a staffer that just needs to tally the contacts and responses anything more than that.

You may personally feel satisfied having done so, but if you're not actually talking to the Senator you're wasting time.

It worked well... Rob Portman hears yet 1 more RKBA vote... He is solid 2A.... Met him a few times... Good Guy...

Just got to this thread via a link in another. I want to bump this to the top for more exposure. I just saved the number to my cell phone So I can call it multiple times through out the day.

Yup, I saved that number to my cell phone and skype as well. Whenever I'm waiting for any reason and have some downtime, I make sure to call up our Congresscritters and voice my opinion on pending legislation. Thanks Bloomy! :D
