Help for a hard to find item

My father has a Revelation Model 110 22LR and the trigger has wore out on it. He likes the gun because it was his first gun and would like to get a replacement trigger for it. Does anyone know anything about this gun? I had heard that it was a Marlin model 781, but I'm not sure. I can't find much on the net about it.

I can't find a cross reference listing the Revelation 110, but THE place to get parts is Gun Parts Corporation.

The list in the Blue Book says that the Western Auto Revelation 110-2140 could be a Marlin 81 or 781. JT

If it's the same as a marlin 81 series then the Midway flyer I got this week has the Rifle Basix trigger on sale.

They say that it'll give you a trigger pull of 14 ounces to 2 pounds.
Which is quite a bit lighter than that of my 1950s vintage Marlin 81DL. (My very first gun)
Mine is heavier but it breaks so dang crisp that I don't dare touch it.

FWIW, I would replace both the trigger and the sear, as it is often hard to tell which is bad. You might as well replace the spring while you are at it for a little more.
