Help! FSB on Stag won't budge!

I'm trying to switch out handguards on a Stag AR15. I cannot budge the ^&%&$ing pins that stake the front sight base to the barrel.

I've got the tools, and have done this several times on my other AR15s. Yes, I am driving them the correct way (Stag made that look easy with very big tapers). I've tried tapping. I've tried whacking. I tapped in opposite direction and laterally. Nothing in moving:banghead: Doe's Stag do anything extra special like put loc-tite on the pins?

Any ideas? Any tricks? Thanks!

Edited to add- Took it to local gun store and they knocked them out in 2 seconds. Thanks

heat, kroil, and time. ( would start with kroil and time)

Rinse, lather, repeat.
