Most gun owners know that Senator Frank Lautenberg is no friend to gun owners. Here is our chance to help give him the boot. Murray Sabrin is running against him and it looks like he has a pretty good shot. Like you all know, political offices seem to go to the highest bidder. I am not from NJ but I still have a dog in this race and I think supporting Sabrin is a good use of my pro-2A money allocation. I have donated a few times and would encourage other 2A supporters to do the same.

Here is a recent email he sent out. One vote in the senate is a big deal and we could go from an extremely anti-2A senator to a very pro-2A senator. Lautenberg’s name is almost always associated with new gun control measures. This is definitely a battle we can win.

Jersey City, NJ - New Jersey conservative Republican leader Dr. Murray Sabrin, the Garden State's strongest advocate of limited government and individual freedom and candidate for United States Senate, highlighted Senator Frank Lautenberg and Congressman Rob Andrews' extreme opposition to the United States Constitution using the Second Amendment as a key example.

The Second Amendment to the United States Constitution is self-explanatory. It reads, "A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed." The National Rifle Association has rated Senator Frank Lautenberg and Congressman Rob Andrews an "F" when it comes to their positions on the Americans right to "bear Arms."

Dr. Murray Sabrin stated, "Senator Frank Lautenberg and Congressman Rob Andrews are so extreme in their politics, they want to ignore the Constitution of the United States. Senator Lautenberg should be ashamed of himself comparing the 4 million law-abiding members of the National Rifle Association to the mafia. Congressman Andrews must have been sleeping through Constitutional Law class at Cornell Law School - if he makes it through the Primary with Senator Lautenberg, I will be sure to give him a refresher course on the Constitution."

Dr. Sabrin remarked, "Senator Lautenberg and Congressman Andrews have no problem sending our brave men and women into another country's civil war in Iraq and at the same time restrict their Constitutional rights when they come home. When I am elected to the United States Senate in November I will be an advocate for the entire United States Constitution!" Sabrin continued, "My parents survived the holocaust because my father had his rifle - the Second Amendment has a very personal significance to my family."
