Help ID S70 Combat Commander

I wonder if anyone can help me ID this pistol, and especially say whether or not it's in factory trim. It's a Series 70 Combat Commander, s/n 70BS85XX. Frame apppears to be factory satin nickel (so far so good), but the slide appears to have a black teflon-type finish (somewhat worn on the flats from holster wear). It also has real Novak sights (says so on the LH side of the rear sight). The grips are Pachmayr wrap-arounds with Colt medalions (could be aftermarket?). I can't find any listing for a Combat Commander with a black-finished side in this era (ca 79-80) but I could be missing something. It looks somewhat like the later Combat Elites. Is the slide and/or sights an aftermarket job?

Yup I agree with Tamara.

As I recall the only two tone gun put out by Colt around that time was catalogue number 01970. A satin nickle Mark IV Seried 70 Government Model with blued slide stop/safety/barrel bushing/etc.

Come to think of it, it's not really a two tone since the frame & slide were the same.

Steel Commanders at that time were simply marked Colt Combat Commander.
