I've got a USP .45 and a Glock 26. I carry the Glock.

I have recently considered trading the USP for a Glock 19.

Pros: caliber commonality, holster commonality, cheaper ammunition,
super-duper extra-mega comfy in my hand

Cons: USP was first gun (10 years ago), know it well, like .45

I'm torn. The 19 is very comfortable and it would mean one less caliber
I would have to stock, but the USP is a stalwart.

Any help would be appreciated. I won't be doing a poll.

Tough choice.

I have a G19 and absolutely love it.

Do you use magazine extensions on your G26?

If so, you are likely extending the grip to almost the same length as the G19. I have one of each (19 and 26), and the G19 isn't much more difficult to conceal than the G26 when I have the magazine extenders on the 26.

Rather than get rid of your HK, perhaps you should trade your G26 for a G19 (assuming you use magazine extenders regularly)?

Just a thought.

If you end up wanting to trade your USP for a 19, let me know. We might work a trade if your USP is in good condition. I have a 19 (w/ new night sights) that I might be willing to trade.

this is what i would do i would keep carrying the g26, and i would keep the usp and i would hold what i had until i got the money and i would buy the glock 19. you are gonna regret getting rid of that usp, means alot to you, and darn man it's an h&k i have decided that i am bever ever selling guns again, once i have em they ain't going anywhere.

Don't trade the USP -- she's a great gun that you'll regret getting rid of (if you do get rid of it)
