Help me decide on an IWB holster...

Hi folks,

I'm in the market for an kydex IWB holster for my issued HK P 2000. I've heard some good things about both the Comptac C.T.A.C. and Bladetech's IWB models.

However, I'm still thinking about which belt attachment I should choose. What is your experience with J-hooks? I have to admit that I'd probably feel more comfortable and secure with belt loops. On the other hand I'd like the opportunity to tuck my shirt in over my gun...

Can't help directly but - I think we can class holster as an accessory so will place this in appropriate forum.

I use the J-clips on my C.T.A.C. and I've never had a problem with them coming loose or shifting. I'd have no qualms about using them instead of belt loops so long as your belt width is a close match to the J-clip.

I can't say enough good things about the CompTac CTAC holsters I have. Tried a number of belt holding devices. Stayed with the regular clips - w orks best for me.
