Video to help your critique:

What I need to work on
Shotgun: extending my left hand out further, better body position with a more aggressive stance and consistency to manage recoil and keep the muzzle down when working through targets

Pistol: continued focus on fundamentals and pushing the speed envelope - better planning for each target BEFORE the timer starts

Rifle: better medium range engagements, I think body position (like shotgun) needs improved for better consistency for splits. some targets I can rip off two shots quickly for good hits, others I can feel that my position is compromised and it slows down the shots.

Overall: Move Faster! some stages I move quickly, others I take my time and this costs time. I think I need to continue with safe execution of fundamentals while transitioning between weapons or positions more aggressively, I need speed in the back of my mind at all times.

longer range rifle, slow down slightly to make good hits. I will try to rip off two or three shots and miss them, then slow back down for good hits.\

thanks for taking your time to help me out.

Congratulations on the win.
IMO and only my opinion...

You seem to be very fast with your shotgun. I noticed your standing reloads with the shotgun are very fast but when trying to reload when walking, not so much. I think if you run to the next shooting station and then reload the shotgun you might save some time. When you are trying to load when wanting you seem to stop walking and slow the reload.

In the first stage of the video your long range rifle targets needed more than one shot to hit. You need to either make your rifle more accurate, get better glass, practice more or a combination of them all. Don't get me wrong, you didn't do poorly but most targets required at least two shots to hit so cleaning that part of your shooting up will cut your time considerably.

That said, I didn't see much that could be changed. You did win after all so how bad could you have done lol? I think your biggest time savings will come from going one for one on your long range rifle shots.

Nice looking match and it looks like you had fun. Well done.

I didn’t even notice/think about those shotgun reloads, great point, I may take that for action and see how it works

Long distance rifle, the gun is accurate, I was responsible for most of the missed, I would break the shot holding an edge target vs center, or try to sweep the sights over the target vs a steady aim, simply poor technique

On the 2nd barricade I set the rifle down on the gas block and it threw the shots wildly, note to self don’t lean on the barrel

Thanks for the critique and for taking your time to help me

That's a nice looking facility you have there. Looked like you were having fun as well. I always thought video recording myself would be a great training aid.

Congratulations on the win.

I'll second this. When I was a regular 3 Gun shooter rifle accuracy is where I decided work would pay off the most. I put a scope on my rifle and began working on camouflaged silhouette targets. I'd set three or four up at different distances, start near a target, push the timer button, run 40-50 yards away, turn and start shooting. I had several "courses" that I could set up to keep the times relative. I recorded the times as well. As my personal time improved, so did my 3 Gun scores.
